40-Day Fast

Yesterday's entry (man, it's a pain being 7 hours ahead) for the 40-day fast was Chaotic Hammer, who points our attention to the problem of HIV/AIDS and children growing up affected by HIV/AIDS. What I found most touching about his post, though, is his admission that he grew up with his heart hardened against people suffering from HIV/AIDS, having been taught (probably at church) that it was a punishment from God. But he's been able to come to see the children and adults affected through Christ's eyes.
