The Baptist Blogger cautiously recommends a serious consideration of Liberation Theology, and takes on Southern Baptist "intellectual inbreeding".

and this is the kind of thing that makes me sad all over again about the brilliant SBC takeover....when I was at Southern Seminary fro 1972-75 we read Liberation Theology, James Cone came to campus, not once but three times, we read feminist theology, and the Welch Report placed us in the top 10 seminaries in the country, in the same top ten with Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Chicago, and Duke.....and Southern Baptists, DO NOT KNOW...and DO NOT CARE...what they allowed, in sheer ignorance, to be thrown away......
